Please note that this process is irreversible. Once your request is verified and processed, all your personal and financial data (including application history, KYC documents, and contact information) will be permanently deleted from our systems, unless we are legally required to retain certain records.
Steps to Request Deletion:
1. Enter your registered mobile number
This helps us locate your account accurately.
2. Enter the image verification code
To ensure the request is initiated by a real user, please enter the characters exactly as shown in the image below.
3. Submit your request
Once submitted, our team will verify and process your request within 7 working days. You will receive a confirmation email or SMS once deletion is completed.
Important Notes:
Data deletion requests can only be made for accounts with no active or pending loans.
If you have an ongoing loan, you must first complete repayment before submitting a deletion request.
For security reasons, deletion requests may be rejected if the information provided is incorrect or unverifiable.
